Artist's Description
This is a digital remastering of an original oil painting that I made in 1993. This plein-air painting was created on location, in the traditional plein-air technique, at the Old Angler's Inn restaurant. I presented this original piece, on stage at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, to the Secretary of Education, Richard Riley, prior to it being on display in the coffers of the White House. The piece was sold in 1995, and was last known to be in a private collection, in Paris, France.
